Terms of Use

These terms apply to the LivePaper application ("the App") and the website at getlivepaper.com ("the Website"), both published by Avalon Team ("we", "us"). By installing the App or using the Website you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the App or the Website.

License

The App is licensed, not sold. Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on Windows devices you own or control, for your own personal use. Purchases, trials, refunds, and updates are handled by the Microsoft Store under the Microsoft Services Agreement and the Store's own policies.

You may not:

• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the App, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• redistribute, rent, lease, or sublicense the App or any part of it;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App;
• use the App in any way that breaks the law.

Wallpaper content

The wallpapers bundled with the App are provided for display on your own devices as part of the App. They may not be extracted, resold, or redistributed separately from it. Individual wallpapers may be subject to their own source licenses.

The Website

The Website and everything on it — text, images, video, logos, and design — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the Website and link to it; you may not reproduce its content elsewhere without permission. Microsoft, Windows, and Microsoft Store are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. LivePaper is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft.

Updates and availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the App or the Website, in whole or in part, at any time. Updates to the App are delivered through the Microsoft Store and may be installed automatically depending on your Store settings.

No warranty

The App and the Website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the App will work on every configuration, be error-free, or be available without interruption.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App or the Website. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App or the Website is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to you only to the extent permitted.

Termination

Your license ends automatically if you breach these terms. You can end it at any time by uninstalling the App.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continuing to use the App or the Website after that means you accept the updated terms.
